We are looking for 3 (three) Relief Support Workers to join our team based in Saltash, Cornwall.

Making it happen- Your Role

This is a responsible Role which is really varied, sometimes challenging and often fun. The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible, make their own choices and do the things they enjoy.

On a daily basis, you may be involved in supporting people with the following activities:

  • Cooking
  • Cleaning
  • Washing
  • Managing Finances
  • Shopping
  • Going on holiday/ Days out
  • Travelling to and from work

Supporting 5 people with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

About you

Experience would be an advantage, however we don't ask for specific qualifications or experience, just that you have the compassion and integrity to treat people with dignity and respect. The role would suit flexible people looking for part time hours. You will need to cover days, nights, evenings and weekends when needed. You must be a car driver with a full UK Driving Licence.
