Programme Leader - Accountancy (0.4FTE)

Aplus training is part of the Faculty of Business and IT at Exeter College.

We specialise in delivering Accountancy training – apprenticeships and professional courses and a range of complementary courses and qualifications in Book Keeping, Office Skills and Management in Exeter and Plymouth.

We are currently looking for a Programme Leader - Accountancy (0.4FTE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 14.8 hours per week
Location: Exeter and Plymouth
Salary: £21,534 - £34,757 per annum (pro rata) plus generous benefits

In addition to the salary this post attracts a Market Forces Supplement for teaching on AAT / CIMA courses of £3,000 pa (pro rata for part time posts).
This is an exciting opportunity to join an Outstanding Team within an Outstanding College.

The suitable candidate will demonstrate a passion for Teaching and Learning and a commitment to responding to learner feedback and putting the learner at the heart of all decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching within FE and a proven track record; they will also have had experience of working in partnership with local employers to enrich the curriculum.

The successful candidate will receive the benefit of an experienced mentor and an extensive in house development programme.

The ability to teach AAT Levels 1-4 is essential for this role.
