This is an exciting time for my client as they make significant changes across the organisation and embark on a large investment program on the estate. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of this vision, managing budgets, liaising with contractors and working alongside senior colleagues. The ideal candidate - Experienced quantity surveyor/contracts manager with social housing experience - MRICS Essential - Excellent JCT contract experience - Proven track record of managing budgets of £10million - Good technical knowledge across building and Planning regulations - Comfortable managing multiple project streams - Excellent Stakeholder management skills In addition you will be committed to continuous improvement across all areas to ensure improved customer service and value for money.
