Four month contract available for an organised individual with excellent coordination skills and friendly, team orientated working attitude. This is for an immediate start until September 8th 2017, working 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday and occasional Sundays to tie in with arrivals and departures. The Sundays that will need to be covered are 23rd July, 6th August, 20th August and 3rd September. You will receive time off in lieu. Due to the location you will need to be a driver. This position will predominantly be based at the offices on the outskirts of Wellington, Somerset, but there will be the need for you to travel to London Heathrow Airport on two or more occasions during the summer to coordinate arrivals and departures. Your main duties will involve; - Logging the travel plans including arrivals and departures - Emailing customers and agents to discuss travel plans - Arranging coaches, minibuses and taxis for customers and briefing staff in advance - Arranging for staff to meet and accompany customers when necessary - Keeping meticulous records of all customer travel movements - Maintaining a professional, calm and customer friendly attitude and approach at all times You will need to have experience in a role that demonstrates your ability to organise and plan. Ideally you will have worked in a position that involved meticulous planning and coordination. Good communication and IT skills will be needed.
