Commercial Support Executive - Admin / Technical / Sales Support John Ross Associates are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of an experienced Sales and Commercial Support Executive for a global leader within the Digital, Data and Marketing Industry. Applicants who can demonstrate experience of working within a technical, digital, IT or marketing environment will have a significant advantage CANDIDATE CRITERIA Experience of working within a business development environment and thorough understanding of sales processes. A confident, articulate presentation style. Excellent administrative skills, both written & oral (including the use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to articulate complex solutions in both verbal and written form. An intuitive mind with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and interpret client requirements. · Capability to deal with stakeholders at a senior level . Excellent communication skills both internally and externally with clients. A positive and flexible attitude with a drive to both personal and business success. ·A proven track record of delivering the highest level of customer service both face to face and over the telephone. ·Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage own time. ·Flexibility to travel to clients on occasions. DESIRED EXPERIENCE ·Experience of workflow and project management software e.g. Trello, PODIO, MS Project. ·Experience of working within the data, digital or creative industry Experience of PA duties at a senior level Experience of responding to tenders and writing proposal and pitch materials and presentations. RESPONSIBILITIES ·Diary management and PA duties for the Commercial Director ·Preparation of correspondence, proposals, client plans and presentation materials for prospective clients (to include building the proposal, shaping the solution and scoping) ·Ability to understand and respond to a tender document (e.g. PQQ, ITT) ·Administering and processing orders for bespoke sales ·Assisting with and creating client pitch presentations in PowerPoint ·Supporting the Commercial team in presenting/pitching to clients and questioning clients to help understand their requirements (no sales required) ·Researching potential clients ·Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients and internal teams ·Proactively responding to inbound enquiries (post, email, telephone) ·Building effective relationships with sales staff and their teams to assist inachieving business objectives ·Maintaining regular contact with clients ·Networking with other sales professionals across the business where appropriate ·Maintaining up-to-date, accurate client records and opportunity records within Salesforce CRM. SALARY Our client will offer a starting salary between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum incentives and further benefits after probation with clear routes to progress.
