GBP16,500 per annum
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be working within the Returns team to ensure that customer services levels are achieved in line with the company's objectives. Liaising with our independent dealer network and the customer service and warehousing teams, you will be dealing with all aspects of returns and credits. This role requires you to be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment in order to provide the support needed to ensure an excellent level of customer service.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the returns process from initial enquiry through to booking carrier collections and ensuring credits are raised in a timely manner. Duties will include:

- Receiving and making outbound calls to our dealer network and third parties to arrange collection of goods
- Communicating directly with the carrier network to arrange collections and ensure service and requirements are maintained
- Updating our CRM system to ensure information is up to date regarding collections and credits
- Develop a rapport with our dealer network and build relationships with immediate team, internal departments and customers
- Work closely with our warehousing team to ensure timely processing of returned items and dealing with queries
- Processing claims against our carriers in the event of goods being damaged or lost in transit, within agreed timescales

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

- Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and extract information from customers and other departments
- Be able to relay information to customers in a friendly and supportive manner
- The ability to work within a small friendly team, to work to set standards and procedures
- Ability to accurately input data and maintain attention to detail, even when under pressure
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of using and updating CRM systems would also be advantageous
- Ability to organise and prioritise own work load

Working Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:30m this role carries the possibility of flexi time. A generous base salary of GBP16,500, is offered for this position along with the following fantastic benefits:
