Assessor / Tutor Employability skills including business admin, team leadership, Exeter, Plymouth, Torbay travel required across locations Up to £23,000 We are working with a national leading training provider to recruit employability skills assessors and tutors into their south west offices. This is a great opportunity to join a large, successful well-known brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of learners and guiding them through level 2 diplomas in subjects such as business administration, team leadership and customer service. On a weekly basis the successful candidate will be responsible for - Supporting learners through their chosen qualification - business administration, team leadership, or customer service - Providing impartial information, advice and guidance - Observe and assess learners in the workplace, providing feedback and guidance to ensure learning standards - Assessing learners' portfolio of evidence and signing off the award when necessary achievements have been met. To be considered for these positions, candidates will need relevant experience and a minimum Level 3 qualification from the relevant sector, In addition you will need - A PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification - A TAQA or A1 assessor award - Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 or above.
