Are you a Quantity Surveyor, looking for a Permanent role with a stable organisation? About Us My client is looking for an enthusiastic, committed and confident Quantity Surveyor to join the Property Team. About the Job Reporting to the Lead Quantity Surveyor you will provide support to the Hard FM Maintenance contract. You will provide the first point of call commercial connection between the Operations team and the appointed FM contractor to ensure that commercial and contractual requirements are met. About You You will ideally have experience of FM maintenance contracts (NEC), with knowledge of pricing on a cost plus basis and will have the experience and confidence to challenge contractors as required ensuring that maintenance and small project works are carried out in a way which gains the maximum benefit from the budgets.
