We are seeking a confident candidate with a highly professional telephone manner for a new role for a financial services organisation in Taunton.

This is a great opportunity for someone with good administrative skills, ideally gained within a professional services/ educational organisation to develop their existing skills. The role will be varied and will involve contacting educational establishments to secure appointments for financial services advisory staff to speak to staff regarding their pensions. The successful candidate will be working to a target of appointments arranged per month, although the calls made will be "warm" in nature. They will need very good communication skills and have the ability to liaise with financial advisers to plan and amend appointments as necessary. The role will also involve updating and maintaining electronic records and sending out information packs to schools.

Ideally candidates will have a very professional telephone manner and must be confident to make outbound calls. You will have had some experience in customer service and have good IT and keyboard skills. You will have very good organisational skills and strive to meet and exceed targets.
